Robert E. Bauer Jr.

President

Bob Bauer began his career with BMC as a Field Engineer in February of 1979. He has held several positions within the organization including; Field Engineer, Service Management, Support Management, Account Manager and is currently the President and CEO. He remains active today in both sales and technical roles with customers and is an avid POS Industry Supporter. Having served on numerous boards and committees including; IBM POS Service Advisory Board, NCR Partner Council, Squirrel Business Partner Advisory Group, Storenext Business Council and the RSPA as a Board Member, Secretary-Treasurer and President. Bob and his team at BMC have provided presentations at several industry and retailer conferences including past RSPA Sessions.

VP of Professional Services

Bobby Bauer began his career with BMC in logistics during December of 2004. He has held several positions within the organization including; Logistics, Support Specialist and is currently the VP of Professional Services and Secretary/Treasurer. He remains active today in a technical role with customers and is a POS Industry Supporter serving on the; Storenext Technical Advisory Board and is the chair of the eAutomate POS Users Group.
