Depot Hardware Service
Depot Hardware

Depending on your contract, our Depot Repair Center will either repair your existing POS hardware or provide a repaired unit for exchange. Utilizing our Depot Repair Center reduces your downtime and ensures that your products are correctly restored. To ensure a quick turnaround, we stock the most commonly used parts and guarantee thorough and efficient repairs.

  • 2-14 business day repair of your parts

  • Engineering change orders completed when repairing
Software Updates
Software Upgrade

Our Enhancement Agreement ensures you will receive the latest software updates and enhancements made available from our software vendors. Released updates and software development may include new feature enhancements, bug fixes, operational changes, and changes for government or private regulations that are modified within the POS industry.
